Great Advice

Sorry that its been awhile but as you know, life gets in the way at times. I haven't bought anything in awhile because I'm pretty well stocked at the moment but I wanted to update real quick about some advice that I've learned along the way.



Before even buying any product do some research first before heading to the store. The last thing you want yo do is have to drive back to the store wasting gas & money on a product that is not going to work for you.


There are plenty of sites out there like totalbeauty.com that has User reviews as well as viewpoints.com that people have written up by users not by people who are working for a company making these "valid reviews". Also be wary of other people on youtube or fscebook or even twitter of their revises on certain products. A lot of the time thee people are being paid by x product to give the reviews of thier product do their reviews won't be 100% unbiased is wrong but let's face it this is the Internet after all so people do lie. Especially when it comes to them getting free stuff. Unlike them I prefer to remains anonymous so this way my reviews are unbiased by what I say or do. This way I don't have to worry about my image.


Ok so you've done your research & are ready to buy your product, once again before you drive to the store do more research. Check online again on sales, coupons, discounts & Freebies that might come with your product. I love checking out CVS flyer before I head out to their store. Why pay full price on a product when you can get it cheap!? Besides CVS gives you money back for what you're spending so why not go there!?


I also like to stock pile my makeup when I see a deal & have a coupon even if I don't need said product. I prefer to stock pile makeup rather than food because as long as you don't open your makeup purchases you won't have to worry about them going bad. But be sure to go through your makeup yearly to get rid of eyeshadows (no need to worry about mineral eyeshadow that stuff lasts forever) after a year and it goes bad from bacteria on your face.

Finally I also love to try to win contests or sweepstakes (this is not a blot about how to get them please seek other resources for that) which also helps you stay on a budget. You might not win said product so don't bet on it and it you need said product its much easier to go to the store rather than hoping you will something. What I also like to do is check out clearances or discontinued sections of local stores that way getting said product even cheaper then you normally would. Some stores will discontinue a certain product while others will not. It all depends on what is popular there so be sure to shop around.
